London, March 29. Five persons have been arrested on suspicion of being implicated in the murder committed yesterday inDublin, themotive for which is supposed to have been a political one. A. number of arms and several papers>of,a jseditious ; nature were found in the possession of tHe * accused, and have been seized by the police. The Eight Hon. John Bright has iri« troduced in.the House of Commons, on behalf of the Government, a bill to disfranchise, on account of corrupt practices, the boroughs of Boston, Macclesfield, and Canterbury ; and to further suspend, for the same cause, the seats for-Qfi^ster, Gloucester, Oxford, Sandwicl^ and Wigan.

A protest, against the; construction of the projected tunnel muter the Channel is being largely signed, and by many influential people. _ The University boat-race takes place on Saturday next, the Ist of April. * The Oxford crew is the favourite. Betting is 3 to 1 on it.
