Sydney, Yesterday. Intelligence has been received here that Lieutenant Imcraft, of H.M.S. Cormorant, has been murdered by natives of the New Hebrides. No particulars of the outrage are, yet to hand. Sailed, yesterday afternoon : Union Company's steamship Rotorua, for Auckland.
• Brisbane, Yesterday. The Marquis Deßay's steamer Nietei, with the remainder of the Italian colonists, has arrived at Cairns from New Ire]and t< All on board are in a state of destitution. The captain died on the passage to Cairns. Communications are now passing' between the Governments of this colony and New South Wales with a view of organising relief for the distressed people.
