Sydney, March 21. Great diatre&s ia being experienced, by the miners at Mount Brown diggings, on the borders of this colony, owing to the shortness of provisions and water, and the New South Wales and South Australian Governments are now organising relief. The New South Wales Parliament has been further prorogued to the 23rd May. All the patients have been discharged from the Quarantine Station, and the has now been closed.
