AUSTRALIAN WOOL SEASON. [BY CABLE.] Melbourne, Yesterday.

Messrs Got-dsborough aud Co.'s review of the last Australian wool season shows that in Melbourne and Geelong 153,000 bales were sold, at an increase of 29 per cent. ; while in Sydney 75,000 bales have been sold, at an increase of 50 per cent. A total of 40,000 bales have been sold in Adelaide. There also it shows a satisfactory increase on the previous season.
