PORT CHALMERS This Day.
A fire was discovered this morning on board the banjue Manx; ,Queen, lying at Port Chalmers. It originated among the effects of a deceased person, which were being sent home to his friends. The fire was got under after thirty tons of flour, among the cargo had been damaged.
