Irish Affairs, London, November 18.

Riots have taken place at Clara, a market town in King's County, Ireland. The military and constabulary stationed in that county have been re-inforced.

Thd American Harvest. Harvest returns from America this year show a decrease in, the wheat yield of a hundred million bushels, compared with the yield of last year.

The Greek Frontier. The Greek troops have occupied Tolo, a seaport town in Thesaaly, which province was lately ceded by Turkey to Greece. There were great rejoicings on the part of the inhabitants on the entry of the troops.

The French m Africa. A decisive battle has taken place in Algeria between the French troops and the insurgent Arabs, in which the latter were completely routed.

Dynamite ExplosionA quantity of dynamite on board the steamer Glasgow, at Bristol, exploded, and nine persona were killed, and great injury done to the ship.

The Cholera at Mecca. The cholera epidemic at Mecca is still causing a fearful amount of mortality amongst the inhabitants. The deaths average 500 daily, and the steamers refuse to take away the pilgrims.

Earthquake at Naples. An earthquake occurred at Naples yesterday. A severe shock of earthquake was also experienced at Agram, in Hungary.

Tariff Convention. The Tariff Convention sitting at Chicago is strongly in favour of a protectionist policy.

Outrages in Ireland. Another argarian outrage has taken place at Kerry, in Ireland. Five persons broke into a house and half murdered a farmer for paying his rent. A similar outrage has occurred at Cork. An attempt has been made to assasinate the Deputy-Lieutenant of Westmeath, who was fired at twice, but fortunately escaped without injury.
