The Late Accident. Grahamstown, Last Night.
Mr Nelson Bagnall, whose leg was broken on Friday, is progressing well. The Liberal Association. The Liberal Association met this evening to discuss the questions to be submitted to candidates for the House of Representatives. Scarlet Fever. Scarlet fever has again broken out. A special meeting of the Council was held to-day to enforce isolatory measures. The Volunteers. The local Volunteers disapprove of the action of the Legislative Council re Volunteer matters.
