The Victorian Reform Bill Passed. [REUTERS TELGRAMS. Melbourne, June 17.
The Reform Bill, framed on the basis of tho proposals made by Mr Ramsay, and adopted by tho conference of joint committee, yesteiday, was passed through Assembly last evening, and forthwith transmitted to the Legislative Council, where it was al«o carried through all its stages without discussion. Great satisfaction is expressed on all sides at the compromise effected between the two Houses.
