The Arson Case. [BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH,OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Auckland, Last Night.

In the hearing of the charge of arson against the Bindons to-day, important evidence was given by a gardener named Blaemer, who deposed that he was passing up Vulcan Lane on the night of the fire, and saw two men come out of Bindons' atoie one after the other, and look stealthily around, and then go in different directions. He could not swear to the identity of the Bindons. The case was adjourned.
