(Joxsidmublk excitement has been caused by the action of the natives, acting nuclei: instructions from the "King," m driving Mr Ross' cattle across the Pimm ironi the land which that gentleman has occupied for some time under the protection of Rewi (llanga), the chief of the Ngatimanupotos. He has also to pay for all fencing done and grass seed sown on the othei side of the Puniu by Europeans. Messrs Ross and Toles cattle were driven off last night by the Kmgitos. All shooting paities have been turned back. All pakeha maons have been ordered off.
