The following- is an extract from the outgoing committee's report: — " From the statement of accounts, you will see that the capitation allowance for the quarter ending 30th Septemher, 1880, was not received. The shufflinsr, evasive manner in which the Board of Education or their officers answered our inquiries regardiny the said quarter's capitation is most reprehenbible and contemptible, as may be seen by a reference to the correspondence." — [Correspondent.]
