SHEEP-STEALING CASE AT CAMBRIDGE. [BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.] [FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.]
Cambridge, Last Night. Benjamin Garland has just been brought ill by the police, arrested on a charge of sheep-stealing. Twenty-eight sheep have been recovered on his farm at Hautapu, the stolen property of Mr Reynolds, of Pukerimu.
