HARAPEPE.
Work has been commenced at the Te Rore bridge for some time and there ia now a prospect of this district being opened up a little, as from the first settlement of it, it has been almost shut up for the want of good roads and bridges. \ short stoppage occurred to the work, owing to a mistake, the contractor having tendered for the ower side, having seen the wrong plans, but the difficulty has been satisfactorily arranged.
