Pedigree — Hippocampus by Dainty Ariel, dam Fanny Fisher, out of Coquette by Fisherman (sire of Maribyrnong) by Heron, Dainty Ariel, out of Althea (sister to Cassandra, dam of Yattendon) by Riddlesworth by Emilius, Coquette by Launcelot (own brother to Touchstone) out of Abaft by Sheet Anchor. From the above pedigree it will be seen that owners of mares can get the very best combination of stout and fast blood to be obtained in the Southern hemisphere, ride the grand performances of the stock of the above sires — Dainty Ariel, Maribyrnong, and Yattendon. Terms— Thorough-bred mares, £10 10s ; half-bred mares, £6 6s. Paddocks for mares at Mr. Garland's, where every care will be taken, but no responsibility incurred.
The above Horse will leave his box on Mondays for the purpose of travelling to Te^ Awamutu i*iu Narrow's Bridge, remaining at the Ohaupo Hotel from 10 to 12 a.m., arriving 1 at Te Awamutu on evening of same day, where he will remain until Wednesday. From thence to Hewitt's Hotel, Cambridge, and home Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. There will be no business of any kind done on Sundays. Parties wishing to send mares can rely upon every attention being paid them, for which Is per week will be charged for grazing-.
