YOU are hereby publicly notified that , the Road Board Trustees intend to STOP the undermentioned ROADS in accordance with provision contained in 41 The Public Works Act, ISSO," and by agreement with o\yners take other lainls in exchange for the purpose of making new roads in Hen of those stopped, ?'/'£—, Ist A road containing acres, 1 rood, 29 perches, bounded on the North -west and terminating at the boundary line of lots 35 and 36, the property of Mr Matthew Walsh, parish of Kirikiriroa. 2nd A road containing 1 acre, 1 rood, 9 perches, passing through lot 122, hospital reserve, and also 2 acres 17 perches, passing through lots 121 and 120, the property of Mr Nichol, parish of Komokorau. 3rd A road containing 2 acres, 1 rood 17 perches, passing through lot 209, and also 1 acre 2 loods, through lot 217, the property of , Mr Lovell, parish of Komokorau.. YOU are publicly notified that the Road Board Trustees have resolved to stop two roads on the property of F. R. Claude, Esq., hereimmder described, viz :—: — 1. A road containing 1 acre, 2 roods, lo perches, situated in the parish of Kirikiriroa, commencing at the northwesternmost corner of lot 215, bounded generally northeasterly by lines 640 and 1000 links respectively : Thence generally southwesterly by a public road, 13|i2 links and by lines 868 ancTB69 links respectively, thence northerly by a public road to commencing point 124 links or thereabouts. 2. A road containing 5 acres, 1 rood, 14 perches, more or less situated ill the parish of Kirikiriroa commencing at a point distant from the sontheasternmost angle of lot 223, 369 links, oounded southeasterly by a line 102 links ; thence southwesterly by a line 5382 links ; thence northeasterly by a public road 120 links; thence northwesterly by a line to commencing point 5305 links or thereabouts.
