CAMBRIDGE NORTH TOWN . SHIP HIGHWAY BOARD.
A mektixg of the above Board was held in their office on the 19th inst. There wero present; Messrs J. P. Campbell (chairman), H. M. ip* Pearson, ft.' Kirkwood, and J. Johnson. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed. A letter, dated 6th October, was read from A. 'd. Hughes, containing oxtracts from letter of S- J£. Hughes, which it was decided to refer to the Board's Solicitor/ It was resolved that Mr Clements liaving^refused to make arrangement with the Board re footpath iv front, of his property, the chairman consult the Board's Solicitor, and the report to be brought up at a special meeting, to be held that clay fortnight, at 5. p.m. Resolved that notice be given to Mr. Richardson, and the Presbyterian Churoh Committee, 1 that tMelr fences encroach several feet upon 1 the road, and that they may at any time be called upon to remove the same. Some accounts were passed for payment, and the Board adjonmed.
