STRAYED from run near Mr Shepherd's Farm, Tuhikaramea, one Mousey Poley Cow, dewlap mark, branded 45 on rump ; one Red Cow, with white face, branded with circle on rump ; one Red Cow, white head, white line along the back, branded with stag's head on rump. Anyone returning the same to the undersigned /will receive the above reward.

LOST, TWO HORSES from Mr Henry Hinton's, Hamilton East ; , one a dark bay Hack Gelding, collar marked, but no Brand, a little lame in the off front leg. The other, a light Bay Draught Filly (two years old), very, quiet, brown muzzle, white efcar, branded H under the mane. The above reward will be paid on delivery to Mr Hinton ; if stolen, £5 will be paid on conviction of the offender. Any person found in possession of the above Horses after this date will be prosecuted H. HINTON Hamilton, October 8.

THE party who sent some pieces of old firebars hammer heads, pieces of bolts &c, in a consignment of bones, had better be careful, bags will be emptied in future Dame or names published. Juveniles trying the same trick will have their bones confiscated. W. CUMMING.
