PUBLIC NOTIFICATION. To the Raetpayers, Kirikiriroa Highway District. YOU are publicly notified that the Road Board Trustees have resolved to stop two roads on the property of F. R. Claude, Esq., hereinunder described, viz:— 1. A road containing 1 acre, 2 roods, 15 perches, situated in the parish of Kirikiriroa, commencing at the northwesternmost corner of lot 215, bounded generally northeasterly by lines 640 and 1000 links respectively : Thence generally southwesterly by a public road, 132 links and by lines 868 and 869 links respectively, thence northerly by a public road to commencing point 124 links or thereabouts. 2. A road containing 5 acres, 1 rood, 14 perches, more or less situated in the parish of Kirikiriroa commencing at a point distant from the southeasternmost angle of lot 223, 369 links, oounded southeasterly by a line 102 links; thence southwesterly by a line 5382 links ; thence northeasterly by a public road 120 links; thence northwesterly by a line to commencing point 5305 links or thereabouts. TO CONTRACTORS. riIENDERS (endorsed Tender for CutJL ting) will be received by the undersigned on behalf of the Kirikiriroa Highway Board up to noon on Tuesday, the 2nd of November, For a Cutting required on the Hamil-ton-Taupiri r«ad, near Eyre's farm. Mr Primrose will be on the ground to show the work at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, the 27th inst. A deposit of 10 per cent, on the value of the contract must accompany each tender. JAS.
