NEW HOTEL AT TAMAHERE.
We have been shown the plans of the botol about to bo erouteil by Mr J. T. Camp, of' Cambridge, at tho juuotiou of fche-nraro- Cambridge*- Hamilton- and Narrow's loach at Tamaliere. The structure, while fyf vtflfc fee defoitl of t'lab'orats ornamentation will present a" very substantial appearance „ and the internal arrangements, will be admirably adapted for the purposes of a hotel. Tho main building, which consists of two .stoieps, is .shown to have a frontage of iO feet to the Narrowsroad, and UG feet to the Cambridge.- road, with a height of 22., foot. The lower tfodr i-< di\ided iuto a oommetoird-roorn, 1-3 x 13; bar, 18 x H; dmiug-ioom, with folding-doors, 2a x 13 ; two .good-si/ed p&rlors". Tho main entrance ; is on tke Cambridge-road, and opens into a passage 6 feet wide, running the length of the buildirfg. Tho ujjper floor is divided into six apartment*, comprising two large parlors, ouo 16 x 14 and the other 14 x 14, and peven bedrooms, with a passage 6 feet wide. All the rooms are avcU lighted, the windows being 6 feet 6 inches x 3 feet 9 inches, with two lights. The architect for the work is Mr Wxigley, of Auckland.
