It had been arranged at a former meetiag that he should be engaged to do the work, provided he was found to be a licensed purveyor, which he was not, and a committee had been appointed to go over the ground with him. This committee had not apparently made any report, and the work appeared to have proceeded without any authority. — No action was taken in the matter. — The Board then adjourned till Tuesday.
