R. M. COURT, CAMBRIDGE. Friday, June 4.— (Before H. W. Northcroft, Esq., R.M.)
The usual fortnightly Court was held on Friday last, when David Forsyth and Tenei were summoned for creating a disturbance in Duke-street the previous Friday. They were each fined 20s and costs, 6s 6d, or in default 14 days' imprisonment. Alexander Campbell was charged with being drunk while in charge of a horse. Pleaded guilty, and fined 10s and costs, 30s, or in default one week. Malachi Fechan also pleaded guilty to being drank, and was fined 5s and costs, 7s.
Civil Oases. Wirhiana v. J. Reid. Claim, damages done to plaintiffs watch. There beiug no appearance of defendant, judgment was given for plaintiff and costs, 10s.
