James T. Camp v. Edward Constance Olaim, £2 1 3s Sd. Judgment for plaintiff, with 15s co«st.s. Robert McVeajrh v. William Athol. Claim, £(') 12s 6d, for goods supplied. ! Judgment for nlaintiff, with 19s costs Robert McVeagh v. Wm. A. Thomab. Claim, £6 19s. Defendant patf. '&, on account, previous to the hearing of the 4, case, and asked for one mouth to pay the balance, which was granted, the Court ordering the amount, with £1 1 8 costs, to be paid the 9th August, or, m default, one month's imprisonment. O. Mason Creagh v. Pohoi to Waitan-u and "WauateoTe Maungapokahu. Claim, £9 13s, money advanced on an order which had been dishonored. Mr Hay appeared for plaintiff. Judgment for full amount, with £i 9s costs Henry Ashcr v. Himonia. No appearance of either party. Caso struck out. Later on plaintiff appeared, and applied for a fresh summons.
