HAMILTON EAST SPORTS..

The day was fine, and there was a good attendance at the East Hamilton Sports, on boxing day. The competitors was mostly local men. Fagan, of Auckland, being the only outsider who gave anxiety. Owing to the excellence of the arrangements made by the committee, and their personal exertions m carrying them out, everything passed off most satisfactorily. The sports commenced at 10 a.m. sharp. Piggy wa« too much for East Hamilton, and it was a case of no catchee, no havee.
