CRICKET MATCH AT CAMBRIDGE.
.• SIARRIED V. SINGLE. The above .match was played in the Government Paddock, Cambridge, on Friday last. The wickets were pitched at 12 o'clock. The married went first to the wickets, and were all out for the small score of 28. ,' The siugle men then took their turn at handling the willow, and made 30 runs. The married went in again arid made 50 ; but time was called wliDn the last married wicket of the 2nd innings fell, so that the match being decided by the first innings was declared a victory for the single men by two runs. Refreshments were provided on the ground, and the baud played occasionally. The following are. -the.
