At the R M Court, before Major Mair, to day, a native named Mahuke, charged with stealing three pounds of powder and three boxes of caps exposed for sale on the oounter of Mr Aubin, was sentenced to a week's imprisonment. Mr J T Boon appe ired on an information charged with illegally breaking a horse on the public road. The case was dismissed.
