RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

Hamilton; Monday, August 13. (Before Colonel Ltok, J.P.) George L ony was charged with a breach of the 11th sub-RecMon of section 4 of the Vagrant Act, 1866, to wit, being found by- night in an out bouse of Capk. Dawson's, at East Hamilton, without lawful excuse. Sergeatt Mcßovern stated tbat Constable Murray, when en bin rounds, found the prisoner, at 1 o'clock on Sunday morning, in Capt. Dawson's hay loft. The Sergeant asked for a remand until to-morrow, as it was probable there would be other charges prefered against the prisoner. Remand granted.
