There will be a complimentary dinner to Sir George Grey this evening. Mr Stout has left for Dunedin. on private business. In the debate on the Abolition Bill an amendment was inserted giving the license fees, <ke, lines for scab in sheep, and for breaches of Road Board bye-lawg to Road Boards and Municipalities. The Bill will be further Committed tomorrow, and when finally reported -will contain only some thirty clauses.
