Nathaniel L. Joseph. — This case liatl been adjourned from a previous sitting. The bankrupt who was formerly a storekeepar At Hamilton West, had surrendered himself to the Court on the petition of some of his creditors, and had undergone examination at previous sittings by Mr Elliot Meyer, who acted on behalf of the trustees and certain opposing creditors* — Mr Meyers now applied for a further adjournment of the case according to agreement. The case adjourned until the 23rd inst.
