A VOICE FROM WAIPAWA.

[To the Editor.] Sib, —During the last week or two, on perusing the Waipawa paper, I have been rather disgusted to find a considerable portion, which should be devoted to news, occupied by effusions emanating from your town, relating to matters which are purely local; in fact, the said effusions consist almost solely of abuse of- your public men. Now, sir, I would like to know why this sort of thing should be inflicted upon the public of Waipawa. Surely there is room enough in Waipuk- towash your dirty linen, especially as our own wash is large enough to keep us occupied. —Yours, etc., Hydrolese. Waipawa, 10th May.
