Official telegrams received by the Consul covering the fighting at up to the 6th state that in the advance on the western oasis the Turks were everywhere driven back in great disorder. The Italian troops aro in very high spirits. Tlie Turks have retired on to the lulls at Derna. The town of Tripoli has resumed its normal aspect, business is proceeding as usual, and the courts have been reestablished. Captives report a rebellion amongst the Turks and Arabs.
