THE COMING ELECTIONS.

A meeting of Mr Hogan’s ladies’ com- * mittee will be held in the Five Brigade Hall to-morrow (Thursday), at 3 o’clock. All lady supporters cordially invited. Mr. O’Dea at Kohl. Mr O’Dea had a good attendance at Kohl on Monday night. Mr S. Heslop presided. On the motion of Mr Jeffries, seconded by Mr Soland, the candidate received a unanimous vote of thanks. Mr. O’Oea at Kal Iwi. There was a very large attendance in the Kai Iwi School on Tuesday night to hear Mr O’Dea. Mr Collins presided. The candidate received a unanimous vote of thanks and confidence, on the motion of Mr Salter, seconded by Mr McCullough. A strong committe was formed afterwards, with Mr Collins chairman and Mr McCullough secretary.
