Giles, Esq., Warden.) Tuesday, October 13, AVilliam Wilson and others v. J. C. Reid.—Adjourned. Application for dissolution of partnership No appearance. Struck out. Applications were made by J. W. Humphrey, Charles Weitzel, and George Gibson for agricultural leases, and in each case the hearing was postponed, pending receipt of Surveyor's report, the Warden remarking that it was unnecessary for applicants to attend until after the Surveyor had beeii on the ground. The following applications were granted:— _ John Hussey and patty for registration of tail-race on the Pakihis; Frederick Heath and others for head race ; John Douglas for special site for dam for crushing tailings ; John Potter, special site for similar purpose ; William Harrison, special site for flood machine ; Thomas Quinlan and others for extended claim on Shamrock Lead for ground worked before and abandoned, and the same party for tunnel. The application of William Wartmann and others for registration of a tunnel was struck otit.
