Walker's block ; Cable, Drtunmond, and others; and Albion Company areas undefined waiting special survey. The Westport authorities have been instructed to receive no more applications pending survey of railway.

Premiums, £l5O for the first design ; £IOO for the second ; and £SO for the third. The Superintendent suggests that the building might accommodate the Supreme Court, and make £IO,OOO more available than in the present case. He also thinks the building might accommodate the Assembly if it meets in Dunedin. Mr M'Leod offers to act as immigration agent in British America. Payment by results, and he will send only those who pay their own passages.
