In May, ISBS, the Minister wrote that the bridge, with five chains of road on either 'side, had been vested in the Borough Council at their own request. No communication, exceptinganaccouuf, was received from the Borough until 17th November, 1894. When the bridge fell into a state of disrepair, and numerous complaints were sent into tho County Council, these were always referred to the Borough Council.
