Nelidoff, Russian Ambassador, has assured the Armenians resident in Constantinople that the danger of further outbreaks has pnßEcd, but he has also advised tho Armenian leaders in the provinces to abandon the hopo that tho Groat Powers will interveno with Turkey. The Embassies have insisted that additional measures shall ho takon by tho Porto to presorvo order in Anatolia
It is reported that Great Britain is sonding four more Consuls to Armenia.
Tho Great Powers each require an additional gunboat at Constantinople.
