Pownall, £3; Wood villei?xa»ijner, £l, Mr Tucker states that he endorsed some promissory notes for £3OO, but is not sure he is liable on the notes.
Secured creditors: —T. Cotter, mortgage of lease of hotel, and bill of sale over furniture, claim £470, estimated valuo of security, £7&O, Mr Tucker has also given a mortgage to Mr Oldham, of Nelson, over life policies for £9OO, and pension of £lO4 13s 4d, roceived from the Government. The amount duo to Mr Oldham is £BOO. Itißcontended. that the pension does not pass to the Besides the policies for £BOO, Mr Tucker has a further insurance of £2QO for the benefit of his wife and children, in which it is contended the Assignee has no interest,
Assets-Book debts, £l6O, estimated to produce £SO; surplus from securities, £230 j total assets, £2BO. The estimated total debts amount to £288125, with a contingency of £3OO to Mr Miller on promissory notes.
