Mastektos, Monday. Messrs R. U. Hornblow & Co., produce merchants and auctioneers report business as follows for the week ending Saturday, August 10th. Tho severe weather experienced during the week greatly intcfcral with general business at our Masterton rooms, consequently there is no improvement to report in prices. We held two successful sales at Mauriceyille and Ekclahuna, on Tuosday and Thursday respectively, the former being our first stock sale in Mauriceville. There was a largo attendance of buyers, but disappointment was felt that there were no sheep entered. In cattle the entries were good, embracing dairy cows, young heifers, calves, and steers. Most of the lines offered were disposed of. Our next i sale will be duly notifiedin the papers entries for which are now being received. Our rooms at Masterton were well tilled on Saturday with the general public, most of them being interested in tlio land sale, the billding for Brannigan's property being at times very spirited. Eventually this line piece of farm land with dwelling and outbuildings, etc., was knocked down to Mr Wriglitson.
