A meeting of the Board was held on Saturday last, all the members being present-. The minutes of the previous mooting were read and confirmed.
Coirsspontleiidence was read from the Treasury applying for interest duo on loan,
From Land Tax Department re subsidy flue and declaration to sign. The Chairman stated that Mr Manning had taken the work of clearing drains on the Uriti Road £lB l!)s 3d.
A general rate of n half-penny in the & was made and levied for the current year.
A sum of £4 was voted for improving tlio Mangapurupuru lioad. The Chairman and Mr Elder were appointed to sign the Kate Book.
Accounts amounting to £-10 7s 7d were passed for payment, and the meeting adjourned.
