At the tree sale tho demand was slack, and low prices prevailed. During the week the demand for produce at the Marthas been very limited, and sales only effected at reduced rates from last week's quotations.

I have placet! privately during tho » week a line of 40 good 2 and 21-year old steers at £3 8s 6d. I have still" inquiries for quiet dairy cows in full profit or near calving; also poultry ofall classes. On Saturday next I hold my ordinary fortnightly horse sale, for which I am now receiving entries.
