MASTERTON ROAD BOARD.
MONTHLY MEETING. The monthly meeting of the above Board was held on Saturday. Present, Messrs Cameron (chairman), Stuckey, McKenzio, Harrifl and Holmes. The minutes of the last meeting wero read and confirmed. The Engineer was instructed to , have the broom, complained of by Mr Bannister, pulled np. Tho Finance Committee's report, recommending the payment of accounts amounting to £155 11b 7d, was road and adopted. Tho Engineer's report was read, and it was decided to enip|jjf abor s to clear the Te Whiti Eoadlffin.
The question of lorns' Road was allowed to stand over until the question of taking over tho Te Ore Ore roads is beforo the Board,
;.*.The matters referred to by Mr Mace, were ordered to be left over until Mr Maee waits on the Board. , Tho report was then adopted. Itcsolved that Dorset's Road be opeued as far as tho junction with Kaka-amn road, for wheel traffic,out of thirds as far as funds permit, Resolved that tho thirdß from flection 91 (J. Matthews) be anticipated to open Northoroft road for , wheel traffic from tho junction with Dorset's road to Mr Matthew's gate. It was decided that Mr Gill be employed for three days to clear the water tables on Miki Miki road where necessary.
