GREYTOWN NEWS.
(From Oar Own Correspondent),
Monday. Mr Black, who has held the position of post-master here for 15 years, is to be transferred to a town in the South Island. He is to be presented with a testimonial from his masr friends, and a farewell social is tA given him. Mr Black was Superintendent of the Presbyterian Ohuroh Sunday School, and his departure will meau a loss to the Churoh. He was also a member of the School Committee and one of the beßt in that body. I cannot help mentioning one good trait characteristic of Mr Black, and that was his gonerosity, Mr Black and family have the well-wishes of thoir many friends m their new home.
