CHARITABLE AID.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association). Naner, Tuesday. At the Charitable Aid Board meeting to-day, references was made j urgent necessity of erecting a j for the aged poor and needy outside the town, the Government having given a definite promise of assistance for tha purpose. It was also decided to make an application to the Government to set apart a block of land in which deserving applicants could he placed, and also that efforts be made to secure a quarter in the country to provide work for the unemployed.
