Sydney, February 5. It is stated that the strike fund is now so low, (hat it will be insufficient to meet the noxt instalment of pay. There are evident signs of disintegration amongst members of the Miners' Association, and a Conference of Unionistsanduon-Unionistsis being arranged at which a proposal will bo made to admit tho latter to uniou at reduced rates,
