C, Ingram (Inspector of Nuisances) v, John Henderson—An infringement of the Borough By-laws in riding a bicycle on a public footpath on the 28th December liißt, in Worksop Road. Defendant, who pleaded guilty, was lined one shilling without cobtH. S.'imc v. Wyvern Williams.—A similar information. Fined one shilling without costs, for ridiug along a cei tain portion of the footpath in Perry Street.
DISOBEYING H.UNIKXANCfc ORDER. O'Meara v. O'Meara A case in which the defendant, Morgan O'Meara, failed to comply with au ovdor made by the Court on a previous occasion, and now in arrears to the amount of £ 12. His Worship said the clcfendant would bescutcncctl to two months' hard labor in Wellington gaol, on the two charges of failing to provide maintenance for his wife and his three children.
