Produce of all kinds, has gone off freely, hut, as may expected for a few weeks, all lines are coming

down in price. The market is tborl , oughly glutted with new potatoes m and oats, but expect the lattor to be ▼ much lower in price, within the next week or two, There is a moderate quantity of tin's season's grass seed offering, but sellers are asking too high a price, which prevents much business doing. Onions are not over plentiful, and a good business is doing at our quotations. Eggs hJc gone up in price, but butter shows no improvement. Poultry is slow of sale. Eabbit skins are in fair demand, and we can place? 11 lines brought to us, at our prices. In fruit, apples arc slow of sale at 3s and 3s 6d per case. Horses are in fair demand, cattle have a downward tendency, and sheep arc to be tonight at almost any price, from Is 3d upwards. The following are our quotations: Butter, Gdper lb; eggs, Helper dozen. . nl Poultry .-Fowls, 2s to 2s-2d; ducks, '2s Id;geese, 3s3d; turkeys, 5s 9d.
