Wellington, Thursday. A member of the New South Wales football team, whose conduct is al leged to have been the chief cause of the complaints against them, has been sent back to Sydney to, be dealt with by his Union. This course was advised by the officers of the New Zealand Union.

Kaiwhata v, Homewood. This match was played in a pad dock kindly lent by Miaka, and. re sulted in a win for Kaiwhata by seven points to nil. No score was made in the first spell, Kaiwhata having the wind and weight against them, In the second spell the superior play of the Kaiwhata backs told its tale. By a good forward rush, the leather was taken in Home wood's 25's and Aston the half-back getting possession, potted a neat goal. On the ball being brought in Homewood got up a good rush and carried it into Kaiwhata 25's. H. Nitz got possession and passed to A. Nitz, who carried it back into Homewood 25's where several scrums took place, at which the Homewood team had a slight advantage. Aston again getting off with the ball scored a try. Aston took the kick but failed to convert. The game throughout was very evenly contested. The most conspicuous among the losers were; J. Tatham and Rangi (backs), Simeon and Waaka (forwards); for the winners: A. Nitz and Aston(backs), R. Nitz and H. Kummer (forwards) were most conspicuous, Mrs Nitz kindly provided refreshments, Homewood v, Glenburn,

The above match was played at Glenburn on the 15th inst and after a very closely contested game resulted in a win for the visitors by 3 points to nil, After a bit of clever passing from Close (half-baak) to P. Blundell the contre three-quarter who passed out to A, Nitz wing three-quarter the latter got over the line and touched down, The kick was taken by Close who failed to convert, A. liberal spread was provide by Mr F. Moore, .
