(From Our Own CoiTespontlcnt). Tuesday. The sixpenny concert in aid of St. Luke's Church Fund, was held in the Foresters' Hall last evening. The attendance was fair, and tho ivhole of tho items were exceptionally well rendered, Tho proceedings were opened by an orchestral overture, thon followed a song, 11 The Song tlmt Reached My Heart," by Mrs Shearer; song, Mr Black; duet,piano and violin, Miss and Master Smith; song, comic (encored) Mr J, K. Horn* blow; solo, piano, Miss E. Knell; reading, Mr Diddams; song, "Cherry Eipe," Miss A, Knoll; piano solo, Miss M.Puller; song, "Time Was," Mrs Shearer; duet, piano, Mr and Miss Bunny; song, Miss Rowse, (encored); quartette, Miss Baillie, Miss Knell, Messrs Black and Day, The singing of tho National Anthem concluded a most enjoyable concert, Weinust not omit to mention that the Band played a few selections outside tho Hall prior to the commencement of tho concert.
