The sales will be held in a large hall 40 feel by 135.feet'capable of accommodating many thousands of cases, and special arrangements haye been made for ventilating thcjprcniises so as to enable the fruit to be preserved from sweating. The sale hall is to bo lighted by a lantern extending the whole length of the building and containing 1,800 feet of plate glass, carried by 12 wrought iron roof trusses, The whole of tho drawings were prepared in Messrs Pcnty and Forde's Masterton office,
