Madame Tischer Committed for Tiial, (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Wellington, Tuesdaj. At the Magistrate's Court this morning Charles Manning ami Madame Tischer were committed for trial for telling fortunes by moans of' palmistry. Bail was allowed in two sureties each of £3O. A third charge against another accused is to be hoard this afternoon,
