Mi Gain and "Fait Play," (By Tologrupb.—Press ASooiation.) Wellington, Friday, : Five charges of oriminal libel were before the S.M. this Morning, one against the proprietors of Fair Plat/ as a whole, and one against Arthur McKee, a member of the firm. Both were in reaped to a paragraph from theLicensod Yictualler'sGazette reprinted by Fair Play, which Mr Gain, ex-President of the Prohibition League, alleges reflects on him. Both oases have been adjourned for a week.
